The building housing the Galician Centre of Contemporary Art (CGAC) was the first one in Santiago de Compostela designed by the Portuguese architect Álvaro Siza. This building, located very close to the Church of San Domingos de Bonaval, is a good example of integration since its materials maintain the essence of the area’s traditional architecture.
Permanent exhibition: Made up of Galician and international works, focussing on Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American artists.
Open: from 11 am to 8 pm, closed on Mondays.
